important information for CURRENT TEACH students and their siblings.  Please read and complete the 2010-11 Re-enrollment Form

Re-enrollment forms were sent home with your students Monday the 11th. There is an inquiry on the re-enrollment form to let us know about siblings of currently enrolled students. The re-enrollment form must be returned your child's homeroom teacher by Friday February 6, 2009. If we do not receive a completed form from your student by Monday, February 8, we will have to assume your student will not be back and the place of the non-returning student will be given to another prospective student.
