Wednesday evening was Junior Night for all 11th grade students and their parents. Junior Night is designed so that students and their families can understand the process in planning for college. Topics that were discussed included Study Skills, SAT vs. ACT, Joint Enrollment, Scholarships, Applications, Career Planning, and Exam Preparation.
Participants had many questions and were able to receive answers through this thorough presentation. If you were unable to attend, below is the Power Point presentation that was distributed. If you have any further questions, please contact Mrs. Davidson. .Beginning in January, Mrs. Davidson will be meeting with juniors individually to discuss their plans. Please be prepared to support your student and attend the individualized Junior Action Plan conferences. In addition, juniors will start taking the SAT and/or ACT next semester.
